A wide-eyed owl studies a purple book in this small left-chest embroidery. This reading companion brings a playful touch to bookstore visits, book club afternoons, and evenings spent turning pages.
Perched on a small stack of books at the left chest, a brown owl with oversized round eyes holds an open purple book in its wings. Its belly is pale, its beak and feet are yellow, and the big gray-and-white eyes make it look deep in concentration. Dark outlines frame the ear tufts, feathers and page edges. The design is compact but detailed, a little reading companion sitting over the heart.
Night Owls and Late Chapters
Owls have stood for wisdom since ancient Greece, where the owl was linked to the goddess Athena. They are also the unofficial mascot of anyone who reads past midnight. The fit is a relaxed unisex fit. Garment dyeing makes Comfort Colors run about half a size smaller than many basic tees, so size up if you are between sizes. Open the Size Guide for measurements.
Made to order
Each T-shirt is embroidered after you order and is ready to ship in 1–3 business days. A soft backing on the inside of the embroidery is normal and softens with washing. Because every piece is made to order, we can’t take back a size or color chosen by mistake; damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced or refunded.
