Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, plus photos of the package if it was damaged in transit. Once we have reviewed it, we will send a free replacement or a full refund. In most cases you don’t need to send the item back.

Each order is embroidered in 1–3 business days, then ships with tracking. In the U.S., Standard takes 5–8 business days, Ground 3–5 and Express 2–3; Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses take longer. International orders take about 10–15 business days. Follow your package with the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

If tracking hasn’t updated for several days, email us with your order number and we will check with the carrier.

Email us right away. We can update the address until production starts. Once your order is in production or has shipped, we can’t redirect it, and reshipping a package returned because of a wrong address may cost extra.

If the size you received is different from the size on your order, send us a photo of the item with your order number within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll replace or refund it once we’ve verified the issue.

Because every item is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges when the wrong size was selected at checkout. Please check the Size Guide on the product page before ordering.

Yes, within 1 hour of placing it. Email us with your order number. After that, your order goes into production and can no longer be cancelled.

Your card is charged when you place your order. It may show as a pending authorization at first, then as a charge on your statement.

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) through our secure checkout.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders take about 10–15 business days after production, and the shipping rate is shown at checkout. Import duties or taxes, if your country charges them, are not included.
